These are very special yogic events and spiritual journeys. We currently host two lunar rituals a month; one for the new moon and one for the full moon. These rituals include practices like: journalling, affirmations, intention setting, ceremonial grade cacao, oracle cards, crystals, candlelit restorative yoga, prānāyāma (breathwork), and meditation.

Our sound baths lead you on a journey to heal the mind, body, and soul through the frequencies of various instruments such as handmade traditional Tibetan singing bowls and tingshas, as well as using crystals, deep relaxation techniques, and meditations.
