I have loved every visit, I have ever had here

Such a beautiful studio! Perfect combo of working my body and relaxing. Loved that the teacher stretches you and the small classes. Will definitely be back.

Lina Mariam

One of the most beautiful and zen studio’s in London, all the teachers are so professional, great experience at curating magical classes and holding a soft space in every workshop or class I have attended. Love Marina’s energy and all she gives in her class. Super knowledgeable and always leave feeling lighter and connected more to my body, heart, mind & soul. 🤍

Beautiful studio with incredible instructors. I absolutely love going here - it’s such a treat! The small classes offer plenty of guidance and support to help you improve and get the most out of your practice. There’s something for every mood, from relaxing candlelit sessions to more energising Hatha classes. Such a warm and welcoming space, I highly recommend!

I have been doing yoga for many years now and this studio is one of my favourites I have ever been to! ✨💛 The girls are so lovely there and it really is a sanctuary to escape the London chaos for me! I am so grateful to have found it! They offer reiki, energy and sound healing, yoga for all levels and even full moon rituals! ✨🌝I was looking for a place just like this since I am a keen yogi, spiritual and was looking to meet like minded people! It truly is the most supportive and friendly community and I recommend to any one of all levels! Gianna is absolutely fantastic and brightens up my Tuesdays with so much magic!! You’ll most definitely be greeted with love and light ✨🤲

Eye of Hatha has been a true life-changer. It’s so much more than a yoga studio—the sense of community is genuine, welcoming, and deeply supportive. The philosophy goes far beyond the physical practice, bringing real depth and intention to every class. The offerings feel thoughtful and authentic, and there’s a strong sense that this is a space for real growth. There’s honestly nowhere else like it in London.
